I want to make this clear from the get-go, this is not a fitness challenge. Yes, we will workout, but this is about so much more than physical fitness. This is a healthy lifestyle & mindfulness challenge that could truly change your life in just 6 weeks!

This 'Work Hard, Be Nice Challenge' will guide you in embracing both the dedication to pursue your goals & the kindness to honor & love yourself along the way. In order for us to live a long, healthy & happy life, it is absolutely crucial to strengthen (& soften) our bodies & our minds.

While it’s vital to continue to strive for new heights, we must also take time every single day to slow down, cultivate gratitude & appreciate exactly where we are in the present moment. This is why this program combines both daily workouts & daily self care practices like journaling, meditating, breathwork, creating & reflecting.

Remember, there is strength in consistency, beauty in the smallest efforts & power in showing up for yourself, especially when no one is watching.

My wish is for this challenge to be a gentle companion on your beautiful journey— for it to be a tool that honors both your hustle & your heart. Together, we can create a positive ripple that transforms not only our lives, but the lives of those around us.

About The 6 Week Challenge:

  • 5 weekly quick & effective workouts (less than 35 minutes) for all levels of fitness from beginner to advanced. Train from home or the gym because each workout requires only a set of dumbbells. You can also choose to follow a different program in my app instead or alongside this challenge.

My journal is finally here & it is the perfect compliment to this ‘Work Hard, Be Nice Challenge.’ Although it is not required to participate, it is highly recommended.

On the left side, you will find the “Work Hard” page. On the right side, you will find the “Be Nice” page. The prompts given on the “Work Hard” page are designed for productivity, organization & self improvement, while the prompts given on the “Be Nice” page are designed for gratitude, self care & kindness.

Writing down our gratitude & our goals, daily, helps to solidify our commitment & continue to live intentionally in the present. The act of journaling encourages mindfulness, which helps us process challenges & celebrate our wins, big or small. This practice complements the physical & mental evolution we’re striving for, creating a clearer sense of purpose & a deeper connection to self.
